Save the Date
Over the past few years the need for a forum to present a more global view of energy investments has become evident. At this conference FirstEnergy and Societe Generale will host a number of international energy companies that have operations in over twenty countries providing a valuable insight into regional investment opportunities on a global basis.
In addition, the Global Energy Conference will provide an opportunity to meet with members of the FirstEnergy London team which has continued to grow and expand during its first year of operation.

Handouts - Please help reduce bulk for the invited Investors
We are recommending 150 handouts. NO FOLDERS, NO ANNUAL/QUARTERLY REPORTS, just copies of your presentation. Investors have expressed that they prefer the handouts to be simple and compact (ie not more than 2 slides per page, double sided). If you would like your leftover material returned to your office, a completed return FedEx waybill must be included in your shipment. We recommend that you send your material to arrive no later than Thursday, September 16th. (It would be best to carry this small quantity with you rather than ship.) Soft copies are required by Tuesday, September 14th to allow time for all materials to be loaded onto a USB which will be handed out to guest and participants)

Audio Visual Equipment (AV)
We will provide a laptop computer and the full suite of AV equipment including a professional projection package and audio equipment.
We will be providing live audio webcast services. The webcast will be a live audio recording where clients can listen via FirstEnergy's website as well as have access to the recording for 30 days after the conference closes. We will also upload the Power Point presentation so that clients can flip through the slides while listening to the audio presentation. Should you choose to participate in this, we will be recharging the cost of webcasting at a fee of CAD $300 / 200 GBP.

Power Point Presentation Requirements
Your submission must be in the format of Power Point 2003/2007 (.ppt or, pptx version). Please submit by Tuesday 14th September so that we have adequate time to test your presentation as well as upload it to the webcast site.
