FirstEnergy Capital and Societe Generale will co-host our annual Energy Growth Conference on November 19 & 20 at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Toronto. Companies representing the growth segment of the energy sector will outline their strategies to capitalize on opportunities in our current environment. Presentations will begin shortly after 8:00 am and wrap by 4:30 pm (Eastern Time) each day.

Handouts - Please help reduce paper volume for the invited Investors
We recommend 100 handouts. NO FOLDERS, NO ANNUAL REPORTS, simply a copy of your presentation. Investors have expressed that they prefer handouts to be simple (2 slides per page, double sided is ideal).
If you would like your leftover material returned to your office, a completed return FedEx waybill must be included in your shipment.
We recommend that you send your material to arrive at the hotel no later than the morning of Monday, November 18, 2013.

We provide live webcast service for those who wish to participate. Following the conference, webcast presentations will be available on demand online for 60 days. Please note that the cost of webcasting service is CAD $400 + GST, which will be billed to your company.
PowerPoint Presentation Requirements
Please submit presentations in PowerPoint format. Presenters will have 20 minutes to present (18 minutes speaking time plus two minutes for Q&A). Due to live webcast time scheduling, we kindly ask presenters to be mindful of their speaking time and stay within their 20-minute timeframe.
